Responsible use

Use truthful product photos and descriptions. State the full price, in Mauritian rupees, including mandatory taxes or charges; stock; material facts; delivery timing and fees; payment number; and return terms. Do not create fake orders, reviews, scarcity, discounts, identities, or proof of payment. AI-generated visuals never replace an accurate description of the product actually offered.

Do not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, dangerous, age-restricted without appropriate controls, or intellectual-property-infringing goods. Do not upload malware, explicit exploitation, hate content, or private information you do not have permission to use.

Use customer details only to fulfil the order, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations. Keep them secure, restrict access, and delete them when no longer needed. Do not add customers to marketing lists without an appropriate lawful basis.

Treat generated images as concepts, not proof of a product's exact appearance. Review every output before using it, keep descriptions truthful, and replace or remove visuals that invent material facts. Do not generate deceptive, exploitative, infringing, explicit, or unlawful content, or upload reference material you lack permission to use.

Customers should verify the storefront, seller contact, amount, and Juice number before paying. Never send passwords, magic links, PINs, or one-time codes to a seller. A payment-proof upload should show only what the seller needs to verify the transaction.

Contact Dolobo support with the store link, order number, and a concise description. Do not include passwords or authentication links. We may investigate, preserve relevant records, limit access, or refer serious matters to the appropriate authority.
